We are actively monitoring this rapidly evolving situation. We take the health and safety of our people, our customers and communities in which we operate very seriously. We have provided guidance to our people to help prevent the spread of any infection. We are doing so in line with preventative guidance from Public Health England.

Public Health England (PHE) has advised that people receiving parcels are not at risk of contracting the coronavirus. From experience with other coronaviruses, we know that these types of viruses don’t survive long on objects, such as letters or parcels. This complements the highly publicised guidance from PHE for people to wash their hands more often than usual using soap and hot water. 

 
 
Are RELX products free from COVID-19?
All product batches are being produced with additional levels of facility inspection, daily workspace disinfection, and mandatory daily staff health checks.
 
What actions is RELX taking?
During this period, RELX Tech has further strengthened quality control by strictly following all National Epidemic Prevention Center requirements. All our workplaces and facilities are inspected and disinfected twice daily, and all staff members undergo daily temperature checks.We are continuing to work with local authorities to ensure our facilities are free from the threat of Coronavirus, and self-regulate to ensure the wellbeing of our staff and customers.
 
RELX Technology has also donated to help medical workers on the frontlines, and RELX Tech employees have also made personal contributions to aid the efforts.
